RESUMO
O retorno ao consumo depois de um tempo de abstinência é abordado neste trabalho como uma repetição com características por vezes compulsivas, inerentes à teoria pulsional de Freud. Contudo, a repetição está para além do princípio do prazer.
A relação precoce é de capital importância no estabelecimento da função objectalizante, na constituição dos objectos, e de todo o sistema de auto-regulação. As falhas relacionais primárias, elaboradas por Winnicott e Bion (a preocupação maternal e maternal primária; a relação continente/conteúdo), obstaculisam a transformação dos conteúdos e impulsos emocionais em coisas a serem pensadas e logo, a serem integradas no próprio, pela capacidade de rêverie materna. A intolerância à frustração, a passagem ao acto, a expressão emocional e o domínio do concreto, testemunha a deficiente transformação dos representantes sígnicos em símbolos.
Com a recaída, o toxicodependente escapa à dor mental pelo retorno. No entanto, esse comportamento aditivo poderá ter o valor de significante (expectativa vazia) à procura de significado, que poderá ser autorgado na relação, através da função a do psicoterapeuta.

RÉSUMÉ
Le retour à l'utilisation abusive de la drogue depuis un temps d'abstinence est exposée dans ce travail, comme une répétition, avec caractéristiques, parfois, compulsives identiques au fonctionnement pulsionnel. Toutefois la répétition est au - delà du principe de plaisir. Les liens précoces sont de capital importance à la contribution de la fonction objectalisant; à la création des objets, et au système d'auto-régulation.
Les défauts de la relation primaire, élaborées par Winnicott et Bion (la préoccupation maternel primaire; la relation continent/contenu), obstruent la transformation des stimuli purement sensoriels et des impulses émotionnels en choses à être pensées, ce qui implique la intégration, dans le self, par la capacité de rêverie de la mère. L'intolérance à la frustration, l'acte de l'agir, la décharge des émotions et le domaine du concret, témoignent la transformation défaute des représentants signiques en symboles.
Avec la rechute, le toxicodependant s'évade de la douleur mental par le retour. Toutefois, ce comportement additive aura le valeur de signifiant (expectative vide) en cherchant le signifié, qui pourra être donné dans la relation, par la fonction a du psychoterapeute.

ABSTRACT
The return to consumption after sometime of abstinence is boarded in this work has a repetition with characteristics some times impulsive, inherent to the pulsion theory of Freud. However, the repetition is beyond the principle of pleasure.
The precocious relationship is of capital importance in the establishment of the objectalising function in the constitution of the objects, and of all the system of self regulation. The primary relation flaws, made by Winnicott and Bion (the primary maternal preoccupation; the continent/contents relation), make abstracts to the transformation of the stimulus and emotional impulses in this being thought and being integrated right away in the self capacity of the maternal rêverie. The tolerance to frustration, the acting, emotional expression and the dominium of concrete, testifies the deficient transformation of signical representatives in symbolic representatives.
With the refawl the drug addict escapes the mental grief buy return. However, this addictive behaviour could have a significative value (empty expectation) looking for meaning, that could be overcomed in the relation, by the capacity and function a of the psicotherapeutist.
