RESUMO
Considerando que as intervenções psicológicas têm um valor fundamental no tratamento de toxicodependentes, são abordadas algumas das questões mais difíceis com que têm de lidar os psicoterapeutas: a entrada e manutenção no processo de tratamento, o envolvimento pessoal do paciente, a manutenção das mudanças alcançadas e da continuidade do desenvolvimento pessoal. As intervenções psicológicas integradas são consideradas como uma das perspectivas mais úteis para lidar com estas dificuldades.

RÉSUMÉ
Les interventions psychologiques ont un rôle très importante dans le traitement des toxicomanes. Mais les psycothérapeutes doivent travailler avec quelques difficultées majeures tels que le problème pour le toxicomane d'entrer e de se maintenir dans le procès thérapeutique, de s'engager personnellement dans la thérapie, maintenir les changements et continuer de se développer aprés la fin du procès. Les interventions psychologiques integrées sont considerées comme une modalité très productive pour dépasser ces difficultées.

ABSTRACT
Psychological interventions have an important role for the treatment of drugaddiction. Nevertheless they have to deal with major difficulties, like the entering and staying in the therapeutic process, the personal involvement of the patient, maintaining the changes achieved and going on with the personal development, during and after the treatment. The integration of different kind and levels of psychological interventions is considered an useful way of dealing with these difficulties.
