RESUMO
A autora re-visita as referências fundamentais do "pensar sistémico", analisando o valor e os limites dos instrumentos conceptuais fornecidos pela Cibernética, Teoria da Informação e Teoria Geral dos Sistemas.
Enuncia alguns contributos indispensáveis à inteligibilidade da complementaridade das disciplinas, das ciências e dos métodos, à descrição dos níveis sistémicos, e coloca o problema da complexidade do conceito "Comunicação", nas suas relações com os conceitos "Informação" e "Interação".
Defende a Abordagem Sistémica, no reconhecimento da globalidade, no respeito pelas hierarquias dos sistemas naturais e na transdisciplinaridade do conhecimento complexo.

RÉSUMÉ
L'auteur re-visite les références fondamentaux de la "pensée systémique", en analysant la valeur et les limites des instruments conceptuels offerts par la Cybernétique, par la théorie de l'Information et par la Théorie Générale des Systèmes.
Quelques contributions indispensables à la compréhension de la complémentarité des disciplines, des sciences et des méthodes et aussi à la description des niveaux systhémiques, sont énoncés. L'auteur pose la question de la complexité du concept "communication" dans ses relations avec les concepts d' "Information" et d' "Interaction".
L'auteur défend l'Abordage Systhémique, en lui reconnaissant la globalité, le respect par les hiérarchies des systhèmes naturels et la transdisciplinarité de la connaissance complexe.

ABSTRACT
The author re-visits the basilar references of the "systemic thinking", analysing the value and the limits of the conceptual instruments given by Cybernetics, Information's Theory and System's General Theory.
She utters some indispensable contributions to the intelligibility of the complementarity of the disciplines, of the sciences and of the methods to the description of the systemic levels, and places the problem of the complexity of the concept "Communication", in its connections with the concepts "Information" and "Interaction".
She defends the systemic approach on the recognition of the entirety, on the respect for the natural systems and on the transdisciplinarity of the complex knowledgement.
