RESUMO
Pretendemos, neste trabalho, expor o nosso modo de utilização do biograma como um instrumento de intervenção clínica. Procuramos, nessa reflexão, detectar as potencialidades e constrangimentos do instrumento em relação a um certo número de variáveis clínicas, nomeadamente: a relação terapêutica; o próprio profissional; e, finalmente, o indivíduo que é atendido.
Para terminar reflectimos sobre as articulações que o uso do instrumento permite em relação a abordagens na área das cognições e mesmo com a utilização de técnicas de inspiração psicodramática.

RÉSUMÉ
On prétend montrer dans ce travaille, notre façon d’utiliser le biogramme comme un instrument d’intervention clinique. On a essayé de trouver les possibilités et les contraintes de l’instrument en relation à un certain nombres de variables cliniques, à savoir: relation thérapeutique, le professionnel lui-même et finalement l’individu qui va être soigné.
Finalement on a réfléchi sur l’usage que l’instrument permit dans l’abordage des cognitions et dans l’utilisation de techniques liées au psychodrame.

ABSTRACT
We pretend, in our study, to explain the way we used the biogramme as an instrument of clinical intervention. We tried to find out the possibilities and the restraints of the instrument in relation to a certain number of variables, namely: to the therapeutic relationship; to the professional himself; and finally in relation to the client.
At last, we thought about the way we can use this instrument when working in the field of cognitions and when using techniques linked to the psychodrama
